Lucky Ladder Workout Challenge

Fitness Challenge:
Climb your way to new fitness heights in a high-energy event that's as exciting as it is challenging!

Whether you are aiming to improve endurance, build strength, or simply enjoy a dynamic workout with others, this ladder-style routine will keep you moving and motivated.

Suitable for all fitness levels!

Instructions:
Start at the bottom of the ladder and work your way up, and then back down again. (Listed below in numerical order. 1 being the bottom of the ladder.)

1) 10 Jumping Jacks
2) 5 Puch-ups
3) 15 Front Squats with sand bag
4) 10 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
5) 30-Second Plank Hold
6) 10 Lunges (each leg)
7) Fireman Sandbag Carry
8) 20 Sit-ups
9) 15 High Knees (each leg)
10) 1-Minute Wall Sit

You must have a MWR Fitness Specialist monitor you to complete the challenge.

Register at the Fleet Fitness office to lock in the day and time you want to complete this challenge.
