Yokosuka MWR Library offers a wide variety of services, from traditional books, audiobooks, magazines, video games, and DVDs for checkout to children's story times and special programs, teen and adult activities, Japanese section, language section, study rooms, a TV room, nursing room, meeting spaces, children's activity room, and interlibrary loan services (currently from limited libraries). Library customers can also check out puzzles and board games for use inside the library.
The Navy General Library Program (NGLP) manages the Navy’s MWR Library Program, which includes ashore and afloat Libraries as well as the Navy MWR Digital Library. The MWR Library has an Online Catalog for your convenience. Search the catalog for library holdings for books, DVDs, audiobooks, and video games. Please note that the catalog will display holdings from the DoD military libraries but you can specify Yokosuka Library's holdings once you start searching.
