Email registrations with pictures to mwr_yokosuka_communitycenter@us.navy.mil. Vote on MWR's Facebook page from December 8 - 16. Top four finalists from each category will be invited to the Awards Ceremony at the Officers' Club on December 19 to choose the overall winners for best-decorations.
