LES MILLS - BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy sports conditioning class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. It's great for improving functional fitness such as coordination and agility, and for maximizing cardio stamina.

BODYATTACK™ Express is available in 30 or 45 minutes workouts.
